Here at Falcon 9 Airsoft, we offer a Working Day Service meaning our parcels will be dispatched and delivered from Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to dispatch all packages as quickly as possible within 48 hours, with most being dispatched within 24 hours, though at peak times this may take slightly longer.

Orders which require custom intervention, such as:

• Two Tone Service Jobs
• Workshop Service Jobs
• Defence checks

may take longer to dispatch depending on the time required to complete them.

Orders are dispatched with Parcel Force or Royal Mail with a 48-hour delivery time.

 

If you require Next Day delivery, please contact us to arrange this and for an estimate on delivery charges.

 

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

 

Please note we use third party couriers. Third party couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday approximately between 7am and 6pm, except for bank holidays. Once the package has left our Warehouse we no longer have control of the package, however we can contact the Courier on your behalf should intervention be required.
