Is 350 FPS enough or should it be 400 like America my thoughts

So we all know those guys who just can’t keep it legal especially HPA players who can increase the fps just by simply adjusting there regulator on the bottle. Now I won’t lie I was frustrated at a game once and I adapted my weapon so that its was slightly over the limit ( don’t do this ) but after I did I found that I was able to keep up with the HPA runners but felt guilty knowing that I was over the limit so I changed it back. 

but what do people think about increasing the limit especially outdoors on assault rifles that are typically 350 to maybe 380 or even 400 now I agree indoors should always be 350 no matter what as you are typically closer but outdoors I think it could go up slightly so that you can cover a better range. Now I’m sure not everyone would be on board but it’s proven to be safe in America so why not here in the UK.
